I recently had an amazing ski holiday in an original Austrian hotel nestled in the mountains. The hotel had a lot to offer, with spacious rooms that had comfortable beds and a lovely ambience. The staff and owner were very friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed spending my evenings in the cosy restaurant area, where I could relax and enjoy free tea and coffee. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and lighting, which created a nice atmosphere.

We had a fantastic experience during our recent city trip! Our room was very spacious, clean, and had amazing mountain views from the balcony. We especially loved the fact that the hotel provided a national park summer scheme card that allowed us to access many attractions without extra cost. The location was also perfect, as there were many nearby activities to enjoy. In addition, the breakfast was superb, with a good variety of food to choose from.

One minor issue we encountered was with a staff member who seemed to be in training and could not explain a small charge on our bill. However, this didn't take away from our overall experience as the other staff members were very professional and kind. Also, while we enjoyed the breakfast, it would have been even better with a bit more variety. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

We spent our New Year's Eve at this hotel and had a wonderful time. the rooms were clean, spacious and offered a great view of the mountains. the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff was always willing to make additional eggs or coffee upon request. One of the best things about this hotel is the location, as it is walking distance to many nearby attractions and activities. the hotel offered free passes to many tours and attractions in the area, which saved us a lot of money.

Our only complaint was the check-in process. It was quite confusing and there was no staff present when we arrived.
